Traci Francis
Traci Francis holds a Master of Social Work degree and joined Hope House in 1999. During her tenure with the agency, Traci has worked to provide oversight to all of the agency’s non-clinical programs, acting as the Director of Children’s Services, Director of Shelter and Children’s Services, and Vice President of Services before moving into her current role as Chief Quality Officer. In this role, Traci is responsible for planning, administration, and monitoring of all quality management, regulatory requirements, human resources, grants management, and continuous quality improvement processes. Since 2017, Traci has also successfully led the agency in achieving and maintaining accreditation through the Council on Accreditation – an international, independent, nonprofit, human service accrediting organization.
